For those who love this music (and you opera fans are fanatical patrons), you already know how emotionally engaging great opera can be at the SoundBar. For those new to this music, prepare to be dazzled. We’ll play selections from classic operas and arias performed by some of the greatest voices ever recorded. Works will include old school classics (Aida, Tosca, Madame Butterfly, La Boheme, La Traviata) with the voices of Pavarotti, Fleming, Callas, Norman, Caruso, Horne, Anderson and Te Kanawa and others), but also a glimpse into the power of contemporary works by The Who (Tommy), Philip Glass, Robert Wilson, John Adams and Terrence Blanchard.
